I began my career at the firm of Kelly Witt Design + Decoration in Charlottesville, Virginia. By day I would process orders and organize samples in the showroom; by night, I would blog about interiors.
I followed that passion into editorial roles in New York City, first at Lonny magazine and then as the founding design editor under Christene Barberich for Refinery29.
I launched my own independent media brand focused on emerging talents in queer culture, growing it into a dynamic social-first platform with support from Nike and the Ace Hotel.
I was a regular contributing creative producer to Sight Unseen and PIN-UP; developed original social series for Architectural Digest and West Elm; and authored The Lonny Home (2018).
Currently, I am the deputy editor of Elle Decor.
